Job Overview:

 * Position: MEP Cost Control Engineer

 * Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Key Requirements & Eligibility:

 * Work Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant UAE experience as a MEP Cost Control Engineer.

 * Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

 * Industry Experience: Proven experience in Building / MEP contracting.

 * Technical Skills:

   * Proficiency in Advanced Excel

   * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)

   * Expertise in Cost Forecasting

Preferred Project Background:

Candidates with experience in managing costs for the following types of projects will be highly preferred:

 * High-rise residential developments

 * Commercial buildings

 * Mixed-use developments

 * Hospitality projects

 * Villa developments
